Merseyside Accounting Services is a small independently run accountants and bookkeepers.
We have an intimate knowledge of what a small business needs. We came to accountancy after many years in the workplace, so it gives us the advantage of knowing exactly what is required of an accountant. That is first and foremost a relaxed and comfortable surroundings to discuss your needs.
We found that too many accountants worked for the inland revenue as opposed to working for the client, our main aim is to help you overcome any problems you may have concerning the inland revenue. That could be just filing your tax return, or it could be an inland revenue inquiry. We like to think that there is no problem that we can not resolve with the best results for the client.We cover all areas of HMRC issues, these include tax returns, VAT, self assessment and revenue inquiries. We also help clients who have never declared anything to the inland revenue. We deal with the revenue for you so you do not have to speak to them at all if so desired. We have had occasion to go back 12 years for some clients.
Our fees are very competitive and can be paid on completion of accounts or we can spread the payments over a period of time and pay by standing order, which ever our client prefers.Our initial consultation is free and any fees will be discussed at the first meeting and then you can go away and decide whether you wish to proceed. There is no hard sell it is an informal chat with you deciding which course of action you would like to take.
